Which countries excel in Open Data ?


The OECD OURdata Index assesses governments’ efforts to implement open data in the three critical areas - Openness, Usefulness and Re-usability of government data.

Suprisingly, some countries that rank very high in traditional "e-government" indexes (like Estonia, Finland, Germany, Sweden that rank high in UN or DESI indexes) are below the OECD average in open data.

It seems that service automation and open data do not share the same practices and skills ...
